Clients  “borrow” contract workers from ELL’s bank of staff, for which a charge is made. ELL is responsible for and handles all employment matters and liabilities, giving Clients and Contract Workers employment flexibility without risk.

How it works

ELL signs a contract for services with agencies or end-user companies.

Our contract for services with our client’s, includes confirmation that all of the staff we supply are fully employed by ELL and are delivering services to the client on behalf of ELL. They work under the supervision, direction and control (SDC) of ELL, this confirms that there is no employment relationship with the client and that there is  full compliance with the requirements of working outside of IR35.,

How is this different from an Umbrella Company?

Like an umbrella company,  ELL holds all employment responsibilities. However, ELL ensures one hundred percent compliance with all of the duties of an employer and unlike an umbrella company there are no charges levied on the worker. 

Is Employee Leasing an Intermediary?

No. We directly employ team members, fully complying with PAYE requirements.

Can employment liabilities transfer to a client? No, all employment responsibilities remain solely with us.

How is the supply relationship structured?
Each relationship is corporate-to-corporate between ELL and its Clients, ensuring business clarity and probity.
